2021. Implicity Heart Failure Analysis Solution. IM005 is designed to help healthcare professionals to monitor weight variations of patients with cardiac diseases. Integrated within a remote monitoring solution such as the Implicity platform, the software module analyzes the weight data provided by the connected weight scale and triggers alerts for variations that are deemed significant according to medical guidelines. Read carefully all instructions before use. Class I, according to Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC. Annex IX. Covered by the French health insurance system under the “ETAPES” program.
